An experienced arranger and prize-winning composer, Carla's catalogue of works receive performances in the UK and internationally, including at flute conventions and festivals in the UK, Slovenia, Costa Rica and USA. Her flute choir arrangement of Mendelssohn's Scherzo was performed in the closing ceremony of the 2015 National Flute Association Convention in Washington DC, in front of an audience of over 2000 people. An adapted 7-part version was performed in the same year by the LSO Wind Academy under the direction of Gareth Davies.

Her composition for solo piccolo, Nightsong has received numerous performances around the world, has been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and appears on two CDs recorded by Sarah Miller and Paco Varoch.
